I sat with him in the Church office asking him about his plans, especially as it relates to business. He told me he had financial challenges in executing his business plans. But He only had a vague idea of what he wanted to do. We sat to iron it out. Two weeks after, he received a call from his uncle overseas who bankrolled everything.

Friend, financial miracles mostly favor the planned. While you are expecting God to show up big for you, make sure you plan big too. Weak plans cannot attract God’s best. Faith is not an enemy of planning; real faith is seen in clear cut plans. While some people are waiting for God, God is actually waiting for them (Exodus 14:13-15).

“…Make them sit down by fifties in a company” (Luke 9:14). One of the strategic things that Jesus did before the miracle of multiplication is to tell the men to sit down in groups. Someone might want to ask; “Sit down for what?”  No food yet, but they are already organized awaiting the miraculous. How organized are you in your life, business, enterprise etc.? How expectant are you?

Noah started building the ark in view of a promised rain (Genesis 6:13-22). What you do after God’s word is revealed to you speaks to how interested you are in what God has said or is saying. Are you organizing for divine visitation? Are you tilling the ground of your finance and enterprise so that God could send the rain (Genesis 2:5).

Planning puts unseen forces to work for you .Angels work best for the planned (Hebrews 1:14). The four lepers made move and God mobilized forces to work on their behalf (2 Kings 7:3-7). The widow in 2 Kings 4 needed to borrow vessels to experience the miraculous. Her outcome was however limited to the vessels she provided (2 Kings 4:6).

God has hidden money in people and places for you.  But you would not see them unless you are planned and definite about what you want (Isaiah 45:3). When you work on your plans, God will work on the men and women ordained to fund them (Isaiah 46:11). To be complaining and making excuses for having no man is the excuse of the ignorant and the lazy (Proverbs 22:13, John 5:7).
