My mum had an unusual practice while we were growing up. She would not talk to anyone until she finished talking to God in prayers. She would often avoid any communication even with the children and others until she’s done communing with God. She learned to take the womb of the morning.
Friend, you need to learn to take the womb of the morning (Psalms 110:3). Listen, the morning has a womb. It is meant to birth divine destiny. The morning signals a new season. It reveals a new opportunity to effect changes in your life and destiny. Indeed, weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning (Psalms 30:5).
MAN is an acronym for Morning, Afternoon, and Night. What you do with your morning season matters (Psalms 139:9). The new year offers an opportunity for a fresh start. What you do with it matters. If you take charge of the morning of your life, you will enjoy your night season. Learn to sow your seeds in the morning so you can have a harvest (Ecclesiastes 11:6).
Unlike my mum, why would you start your day talking to everyone except God (Psalms 63:1)? Why would you prioritize human relationships above a divine relationship? We are to talk with God before talking with men. We are to engage God so that He can help us engage men. Indeed, your struggle with men is a reflection of your lack of intimacy with God (Genesis 32:28, Luke 2:52).
Jesus often rose up early in the morning to commune with God (Mark 1:35). No wonder he was always in charge throughout the day. Do you also want to be in charge throughout today and this year? Take the womb of the morning. This is not the time to sleep. It is time to arise. It is time to program the year. It is time to pay prices that would deliver divine destiny (Ecclesiastes 10:16-17). You either play now and pay later, or you pay now and play later.
We all have got a clean slate this new year. What you write on it matters (Habakkuk 2:1-4). What you do with this year will determine what the year will bring forth for you (Genesis 8:22). God has kept you alive. You have the responsibility to maximize your life. Don’t let the devil pollute your day and year (Daniel 11:31-32). Rise up, take charge, and be in charge. Take the womb of the morning. Happy New Year!
