While on campus, we had a colleague that enjoyed some kind of Grace that was rather rare. In some courses that others are doing their best to escape carryover, this young man would cruise with 90A and the likes. Immediately I noticed it, I moved closer to him. There’s something he knew and had that I did not. It paid off big time.

Friend, one of the proofs of Grace is that difficult things are made easy. As a corollary; when things that should normally be easy are proving difficult, there is the absence of Grace and/or wisdom. When Grace is at work, people would wonder; “How are you getting this done?” Nothing is inherently difficult, it is what is working for you or against you that counts.

You should be quick to spot Grace in a person, people or place and tap into it (Galatians 2:9). Most people tend to fight Grace rather than partner with it (Genesis 26:12-22). If you must go far, don’t fight Grace or the carriers of it; partner with them, join them if you can. You cannot attract what you attack. You can only partake of what you appreciate and celebrate.

It is not everybody making it that is not doing it right and it is not everybody struggling that is in the will of God (1 Corinthians 15:10). It is not every young man driving exotic cars that is into internet fraud. You can be in the will of God and be struggling and you can also be in the will of God and be enjoying speed. It is a defeated mindset to castigate those who are getting the kind of result that you are not getting.

Wisdom reduces efforts and multiplies results (Ecclesiastes 10:10). The higher you want to go in life, the more you need to open yourself to wisdom. Wisdom would give you the right strategies to deploy to get better results. You cannot continue to do the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result. Wisdom makes difficult things easy.

As we gradually wrap up this year 2021, it is important that you review your life and activities (Ecclesiastes 10:15). How has the year been for you? What has worked, what did not work? In what area (s) did you struggle and in what areas have you enjoyed ease? What do you lack? What Grace are you yet to step into? What wisdom have you despised? Which relationship do you need to leverage for better results? Think on these things.
