“And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us” (Romans 5:5).

As we step into the 2nd half of the year, God wants you to reclaim your hope. He wants you to hope again so you can live again. He wants you to look away from the disappointments of the past and trust Him for a major appointment in the future. God wants you to look away from what didn’t happen and start believing Him for what will happen. God wants your every day life and living to be in positive expectation of good. Expect good things to happen to you this season. Expect favour. Expect a mighty turn around in your business. Expect to get into a God ordained relationship, even if you have been jilted and abused in the past.

God wants you to trust Him to be gloriously married despite all odds. Yes, you can still expect a better job despite the #Covid-19 pandemic. God wants you to still have hope in Him that the visions and dreams He placed in your heart will still come to pass despite the disappointments. God wants you to keep hope alive as far as that sickness in your body is concerned. You will not die of that sickness. You will outlive that disease. You will completely gain victory over that attack of the devil in your life. That addiction will not be forever. Don’t give up the fight. Don’t assume it is meant to always be. Be conscious of God on your side and of His love for you. Be positively expectant of a glorious and supernatural turn around in your life.

Let the avalanche of God’s love overwhelm you right now. Hope does does not disappoint or make ashamed because the love of God is poured in our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5b). Feel the love of God again. Know that God loves you regardless of who you are, what you do or what may be happening around your life right now. Soak in that love and let it birth hope and faith in your heart.

Your life or future is not in the hands of the devil, but in the hands of God. When you become aware of God’s love for you, you become a person of hope. You become someone journeying towards a glorious future despite your ugly past. May your latter end be truly bigger and greater than your past as you stay hopeful in Jesus name (Job 8:7, 42:12).

Your future is bright and you will get there in Jesus name!
