After my first ministration as the NCCF (Corpers Fellowship) president during the orientation camp that year, some of the NYSC officials and Corps members met me after the service. The question most of them asked was; “We are so blessed by your teaching today. Are you a pastor somewhere before being a Corps member? Which denomination do you belong to?” I knew I was processed before that platform came.
Friend, are you processed for the throne (Psalms 66:10-12)? While you are clamouring for platforms, God is concerned about process. Rather than just desiring the throne, God wants you to go through the journey (Hebrews 12:1-2). It is the journey that makes the man. You cannot manifest more than your preparation. Let God prepare you for what He has prepared for you.
The distance between the revelation of a vision and its manifestation is preparation (Habakkuk 2:1-3). Most times, the manifestation is lesser than the revelation because of lack of or insufficiency of preparation. It is better to overprepare than to underprepare. God wants you to be set for your destiny (1 Corinthians 12:18).
A set man is not just someone who is placed over a church or ministry. It is someone who is set for his assignment. He is someone who has been made ready by God (Luke 1:80). If you are trying to be ready when you ought to have been ready, you are already late. Don’t play truant in the school of divine preparation.
All that you are learning and going through today are part of what God is using to prepare you for where you are going (2 Timothy 3:15-16). Your attitude and response would determine if the process would be worth the while. Like Ephraim, many people are like half-baked cake (Hosea 7:8). Their process is not complete yet they want to manifest.
Never step on the stage of destiny with incomplete revelation, preparation, and impartation. These trio are important to your fulfilment in destiny (Genesis 41:14-16). Like Joseph, don’t joke with running errands in your father’s house, serving in Potiphar’s house, or giving your best in the prison. They are all part of the process. Let God process you for the throne. Amen.
