I provided some explanations as I supervised my daughter on her home work from school. She doubted my answers because of how she was taught in school. I did not argue with her. After some minutes, she came back to say, “Daddy, you are right. I got the same answer as you.” I responded, “Did you think Daddy would be wrong?”

Friend, do you think that your Daddy God can be wrong? Do you think that God can make mistake with your life and the events around you? The humbling truth is, as a human father, I can be wrong. But God cannot be wrong. Even when His acts seem wrong, God is never wrong; He’s Faithful and True (Revelation 19:11).

You should learn to trust God even when you cannot trace Him. Despite the fact that the name of God was not mentioned once in the book of Esther, God remains the One working behind the scene. There are times when we cannot really figure out what God is doing; this is where Faith comes in (2 Corinthians 5:7). God is a Faith God and Faith is nonsense (Job 13:15).

We make God happy when we trust His wisdom and judgment even when we don’t understand what’s happening (Job 19:25). There is a reason He’s Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient. He knows tomorrow more than we know yesterday. He’s got all power in His hands. He is intentional about everything He does.

Like I did to my daughter, God would not argue with you when you doubt His wisdom. He would allow you to prove He’s right. Only that you might go through unnecessary frustrations when you insist on your own way (Jeremiah 10:23). But like Abraham, you can judge God faithful (Hebrews 11:11).

Man works from the beginning to the end while God works from the end to the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). God knows the answers before the questions of life come, while we are trying to determine the answers from the questions. But we can tap into the intelligence of God and live by the answer (Genesis 41:16). May you be able to prove in every area of your life that God is right. Amen!
