“And he brought us out from there, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he swore to our fathers” (Deuteronomy 6:23).

God always brings you out of something into another. As a Child of God, He has brought you out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9). There is no middle ground; you are either still in darkness or you are out of it, into His marvelous light. You cannot claim you are born again yet we can still see traces of darkness in and around your life and dealings. God always says to “come out from among them and be separate… ” (2 Corinthians 6:17).

Our life before Christ and our life after Christ must not be mistaken. It is a separate and separated life.God always brings you out of something into another. You cannot be in the Spirit and in the flesh at the same time. You are either spiritual or carnal; there is no middle ground. You are either a Christian or you are not. There should be nothing likening “Born again Christian”. If you are a born again then you are a Christian but if you are not born again then you are not a Christian no matter your family background or your religious lifestyle.

God always brings you out of something into another. You are either under the curse or under the blessing. There should be no middle ground. You cannot claim that you have been brought into the blessing and you are still battling with curses (Galatians 3:13-14). The moment you claim you are no longer under the curse, as a born again person, then you must be conscious of the blessing and know how to activate it. When blessings and curses cohabits in a person’s life, it is a pure reflection of ignorance and complacency in the pursuit of God.

God always brings you out of something into another. You cannot be a born again person with the Holy Spirit inside of you and still have demon spirit in you. The Holy Spirit does not share ownership with demon spirits. The two of them can’t stay inside you. It is either you are demon possessed and not have the Holy Spirit or you have the Holy Spirit and not demon possessed.

As a born again person, you cannot be possessed by demons you can only be influenced by them if you allow them. You have been delivered (translated) from the power of darkness into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son (Colossians 1:13). Possession is internal, influence is external; this is why you have got to take charge of the environment around your life.

May your new life in Christ dominate your everyday life and operations in Jesus!
