One statement that I learnt earlier in life that shaped my understanding is this; “Divine order is superior to divine revelation.” I have come across people who made shipwreck of their lives and destinies by violating this simple truth. Truly, you cannot enjoy God’s blessings when you are disorderly.

Friend, divine order is superior to divine revelation. What you claim that God says to you must not violate an existing order. It suffices to say that you must align your moves with divine order (1 Corinthians 14:40). One way to know if you are on the right path is to check what godly order you are violating.

Order talks about God’s established systems, structures and authority (Titus 1:5). It talks about God’s protocol of operation. Any man that will last in life and be accurate in the pursuit of divine purpose and destiny must be orderly. God does not support disorder neither does He operate in an atmosphere of disorder. You cannot claim that you are following God when you are disorderly.

Unlike God, the devil loves disorder and thrives in the same (James 3:16). Before God can begin any serious work with a man and in a man’s life, He begins by bringing such person’s life into order. Order is what commands God’s blessings (Psalms 133:1-3). Without the right order, the move of God in and around a man’s life is suspended as it were (Genesis 1:2).

The purpose of elders (leaders) is to bring order (Titus 1:5). When there is no leadership in place, people tend to do what they like (Judges 21:25). Every God-ordained leader must understand this sacred responsibility of ensuring order. Order comes with setting standards and standing by them.

Order comes with teaching and encouraging people on the right way (1 Samuel 12:23). When the right leadership does not step up to its responsibility, the enemy steps in and brings disorder thereby perpetuating his evil intentions (Acts 20:28-32). Don’t give place to the devil.
